THE HOUSE OF GLOW

House of Glow was created from a feeling that something was missing. After practicing in many studios, I often felt two things were lacking: the power of heat and a real sense of connection. Studios could sometimes feel intimidating — like you had to quietly slip in, take your class, and leave. But my classes always felt different. People stayed, chatted, and built friendships, and I realised that this kind of energy deserved its own space.

My yoga journey began in 2022 during a time when life felt overwhelming. After moving out young and working in a high-pressure role, I reached a point where I knew something had to change. I remember walking into my first class unsure of what I was doing, but instantly feeling calmer and more grounded. Very quickly, yoga became more than just a class — it became something that helped me find myself again.

In 2023, I made the decision to leave my stressful job and follow what felt right. I travelled abroad to complete my yoga teacher training, and when I returned home I knew I wanted to share what yoga had given me. Since then, I’ve grown into a 400-hour registered yoga teacher, teaching across Staffordshire and Cheshire and sharing yoga at wellbeing events.

Today, House of Glow is a space built around movement, heat, strength, and community. My mission is simple: to create a studio where everyone feels welcome, supported, and able to reconnect with themselves — leaving each class feeling stronger, calmer, and glowing from the inside out.
